No Strange Chemical

November 13, 2021A lot of brands are still proceeding to animal tests to demonstrate that the cosmetics are safe. Since 2013, a lot of countries have passed laws to ban the testing of cosmetics on animals (European Union, India, Israel, Norway, Iceland and Switzerland).
Cosmetic companies that conduct animal tests should change their practices. Several invasive tests are still performed on rabbits, mice, guinea pigs and rats.
These tests are brutal as skin and eye irritation tests where chemicals are spread onto the shaved skin or dripped into the eyes of the animal
We do not perform animal testing as we have carefully selected ingredients for their safety and in proportion to limit the potential allergy. As allergy could be very specific to every individual we recommend patch testing our product.
A patch test is a simple way of checking whether your skin will react to our products. To patch test is very easy
- select a clear part of your skin
- wash it with clear water
- apply a small portion of soap
- wait for 10min and wash it
- after 24h look if the skin is red, raised, itchy, or covered with a rash.
Per composition, our cleanser is unlikely to be allergic but a patch will remove any doubt
